OUTDOOR GYM OR RECREATION AREA A new and modern outdoor fitness area was opened for public use in June 2023.

SLACKLINE OR BALANCE LINE PARK was completed in the summer of 2021 and features 4 lines of different heights. The balance line park is located on the Oa street side.

The BMX RACE TRACK opened in 2009, is 350 meters long and approximately 6–12 meters wide. The track is fast, easy, and suitable for beginners. The BMX track at Tähtvere Sports Park is open to all enthusiasts for public use. Enthusiasts are required to use the track for its intended purpose, must be equipped with proper gear (full-face helmet and pads), and use the track at their own risk. The use of motor vehicles, model cars, or similar is not allowed on the track!

MOUNTAIN BIKE SKILL COURSE - UNDER CONSTRUCTION. This project describes the solution for the mountain bike skill park track to be designed on the property of Tähtvere Recreation Park. The skill park track is a sports facility with a specific use and a complex geometric shape. The goal of the skill park track is to provide an interesting and athletic recreational opportunity for enthusiasts.

SPORTS PARK RUNNING TRACKS – In the summer, it is possible to use the 850-meter asphalt roller track, the adjacent woodchip running track, and the 1.2 km sprint track.

SKI TRACKS IN THE SPORTS PARK – In winter, over 3 km of ski tracks are made in Tähtvere Sports Park. The track lengths are: oval loop 850 m, sprint loop 1.3 km, and Lauri loop – 1 km track. Artificial snow is used for the creation of the park's tracks. In addition to these, there are also ski tracks in the dendropark.

CLIMBING WALL – A popular attraction near the outdoor gym. Free for everyone to use.

SHOOTING RANGE – PLANNED A 10m air gun shooting range for children is in the planning stage.
