Since October 2019, Tähtvere Recreation Park has been managed by TARTU SPORT, an organization under the administration of the City of Tartu.

The goals of Tähtvere Recreation Park are:

  • To create conditions for active recreation and sports in Tartu and manage and develop existing recreational, entertainment, and sports facilities.

  • To provide opportunities for event organizers to hold cultural and entertainment events.

The territory of Tähtvere Recreation Park consists of various facilities:

  • Tartu laululava, aastast 1994;

  • Dendropark, established in the 1970s;

  • Children’s and Youth Park, established in 2007;

  • BMX Track, established in 2009;

  • Skatepark, established in 2005;

  • Tähtvere Sports Park, established in 2005;

  • Parking lot for 45 buses and 750 cars.

The services offered include rental of spaces and territory, sports equipment rental, creating conditions for sports and leisure activities, providing suitable conditions for organizing entertainment events, and snow production for both the sports park and custom orders.
